Merger of BNP Paribas Funds Asia Tech Innovators funds

On March 6, 2026, BNP Paribas Funds Asia Tech Innovators will be merged into Asia ex-Japan Equity. The investment strategy remains similar—both funds invest in stocks of companies operating in Asia (excluding Japan) and take sustainable and ESG factors into account.

Nothing will change for existing investors – share certificates will be automatically transferred to the acquiring fund. Shares can be sold free of charge until February 27, 2026, inclusive.

Regular orders to purchase Asia Tech Innovators fund shares will be automatically redirected to the successor fund, Asia ex-Japan Equity. If you no longer wish to continue investing, you can cancel your regular order in Georgi or contact your banker.
