Notice to shareholders of Goldman Sachs Funds III, IV, V

Goldman Sachs Asset Management B.V. has issued a Notice of Changes to the prospectus of Goldman Sachs Funds III, IV, V and its sub-funds.

These changes do not represent a fundamental change in the investment strategy or risk profile of these funds or their sub-funds.

Goldman Sachs Funds III

The changes will take effect on December 17, 2025.

Any shareholder who does not agree with the changes described in Sections III to V of the original version of the Notice may have their shares redeemed or transferred free of charge to another sub-fund of this fund on any valuation day prior to the effective date.

Goldman Sachs Funds IV

The changes will take effect on December 17, 2025.

Any shareholder who does not agree with the changes described in Sections II and III of the original Notice may have their shares redeemed or transferred free of charge to another sub-fund of this fund on any valuation day prior to the effective date.

Goldman Sachs Funds V

The changes will take effect on December 19, 2025.

Any shareholder who does not agree with the changes described may have their shares redeemed or transferred free of charge to another sub-fund of this fund on any valuation day prior to the effective date.
