BNP Paribas Funds Ecosystem Restoration merges with the newly formed BNP Paribas Funds Environmental Infrastructure Income

The management company BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Luxembourg has decided to merge the investment sub-fund BNP Paribas Funds Ecosystem Restoration (LU2308192462 CZK) (hereinafter referred to as the “Merging Sub-Fund”) with the investment sub-fund BNP Paribas Funds Environmental Infrastructure Income (LU3082774020 CZK) (hereinafter referred to as the “Receiving Sub-Fund”). As of the record date of 10.10.2025, the Receiving Sub-Fund will take over all assets and liabilities of the Merging Sub-Fund, so that this Sub-Fund will cease to exist.

The last day for submitting instructions to purchase, redeem or convert units in the Merging Sub-Fund will be 2.10.2025. Instructions after this date will already be rejected.

The Receiving Sub-Fund will be notified in the Czech Republic at the time of the merger.

The reason for the merger is the low volume of assets under management.

The merger will have no impact on the unitholders of the receiving sub-fund in terms of costs and fees; the unitholders of the merging sub-fund will become the unitholders of the acquiring sub-fund.

The unitholders of the merging sub-fund will be exchanged for the unitholders of the acquiring sub-fund at an exchange ratio of 1:1. Therefore, the shareholders of the merging sub-fund will receive the same number of shares in the acquiring sub-fund.

Both sub-funds invest in shares according to a similar investment strategy. The acquiring sub-fund targets dividend companies that focus on infrastructure environmental projects.

Unitholders of the merging sub-fund who do not agree to the merger may submit an instruction to redeem their unitholders free of charge until 2 October 2025.
