Information for clients about the renaming of the BNP Paribas Flexi I Flexible Convertible Bond fund

The management company BNP Paribas Asset Management Luxembourg has decided to rename the fund “BNP Paribas Flexi I Flexible Convertible” to “BNP Paribas Flexi I Absolute Return Convertible”.

The change was made as of 13.1.2025.

The new name better reflects the fund’s current investment strategy and has no impact on shareholders.

The change affects the following sub-funds:

• BNP PARIBAS FLEXI I ABSOLUTE RETURN CONVERTIBLE – Classic USD ACC
